We live nearby this home in SW Cape Coral and manage a few homes we have in the area. You'll find us walking our yellow lab nearby and enjoy boating while frequenting the bars and restaurants at cape Harbour.

We live here and love it. It's a great area with Cape Harbour wlking distance and walk all of the sidewalk paths while enjoying the water so close by.
What makes this property unique
The condos at cape Harbour have a 30 day minimum, while the homes are pricier. This one fits in between and has a huge pool and screened in lanai. It's truly unique.
