Hi! I am Jennifer and I am originally from the midwest. I have been in Phoenix off and on since the 1980's and I love the mecca it has become for baseball, business and recreation.
Why they chose this property
I love The Gilbert Heritage District because it is tiny but powerful! Literally a few blocks long, and filled with boutique restaurants with outdoor patios, mist-systems, roll-up garage doors, Farmers Market, and a bike path that is over 80 miles long (just out the back gate).
What makes this property unique
This soaring loft condominium has so much natural light and an open airy feeling. Plus the primary bedroom is downstairs with an en suite bathroom and separate from the other 2 bedrooms of the home. And the open loft is huge with a wrap around couch, accessed by a spiral metal staircase.
