6BR Modern Home w/HEATED Pool & Screened in Porch
Pool/Hot Tub open all year round! Beautiful modern house only 5 minutes from 495 and 20 minutes to Washington DC. New saltwater HEATED Pool with hot tub and tanning ledge. Fantastic Tec heat mirror glass grill in the screened-in porch with commercial-grade vents to clear the smoke. Shopping center with Trader Joe's and Total Wine 2 minutes away. Perfect family home for reunions or vacations. This is not a party or events house. We require guests to have positive reviews to book.
Additional rules
No parties or events. Quiet time is at 10 pm. All outside music needs to be turned off by 10 pm. This is a family home and is meant to be a relaxing time for families and responsible adults. Neighbors will send complaints of noise.
Extra guests can only come for a visit with approval.
Please do not wear shoes inside the house to protect the floors.
No glass in or near the pool.
No running, diving, jumping off the sidewall of the pool.
No diving at any location of the pool!
There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
Kids of all ages can only be left alone with supervision by an adult at the pool.
Do not enter the pool if you have been drinking alcohol.
No smoking inside the house.
No pets of any kind. There will be a $500 cleaning fee if pets are on the property without written approval.
