The Space:

As you enter, you will find the kitchen directly to your left, and the open living/dining room to your right. In the kitchen, you will find beautiful cabinets providing ample space to store your food items, a range of appliances, and all the basic cookware needed to prepare a delicious meal. Just steps away from the kitchen you will find the dining table with seating for four so that you can go from oven to table with ease. The kitchen and dining areas open to the living room, so you can dine, set up a game, or tackle a puzzle without missing a thing.

Just off of the kitchen/dining area, you will find the intimate and stylish living area. The living room combines the perfect blend of warm details with pops of color to create an inviting space you will love relaxing in. Outfitted with a comfortable sofa and armchairs, a coffee table, flat-screen TV, and access to the balcony, you will feel right at home in this space. Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home, including the outdoor balcony, as well as parking for one vehicle in the shared parking lot. Guests will also have access to a range of shared amenities found in the clubhouse which include an indoor pool and hot tub, a game room, and a lounge area.

This home's location in the Wildernest neighborhood allows you to enjoy the best of everything - incredible outdoor access, close proximity to Silverthorne, and easy access to I-70, the main roadway in the area that spans this gorgeous stretch of mountain towns. You are just minutes from hiking trails, including the nearby Lily Pad Lake and Salt Lick Trailheads, and less than 15 minutes from the fairway at Raven Golf Club at Three Peaks. While in Silverthorne, you can picnic at Rainbow Park - a 7-acre park along the Blue River - or walk the scenic Blue River Trail. The charming town of Dillon is also just minutes away, with the scenic Dillon Reservoir and Dillon Amphitheater, well known for its summer concerts. In the winter months, you will love the many nearby ski areas to choose from with Keystone, Breckenridge, Vail, Arapahoe Basin, and Loveland ski resorts within 40 minutes from the home.

• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
