Prepare to experience a unique blend of modern comfort and classic charm just steps from everything that downtown Morganton has to offer in this newly renovated 1940s-era townhome. The Residences at Hardwoods of Morganton is a lovingly restored tri-plex. Built in the 1940s, the building was revived in 2023. You'll see much of the original charm during your stay, like the original hardwood floors.

Our space is conveniently located near the vibrant heart of town and is within easy access to all that Morganton has to offer. Staying in? You’ll enjoy all of the comforts of home while staying with us! Night owl? Experience everything our charming small town has to offer, just steps from your accommodations!

Downstairs, a cozy open floor plan creates a seamless flow from the kitchen to the living area. Brand-new, full-sized appliances and granite counters offer modern convenience, tasteful finishes like the cute little coffee bar and ample natural light complements the thoughtfully designed space. Grab a cup of joe and enjoy it on the back deck.

Ready for bed? Cordless faux wood blinds and black-out curtains ensure privacy and the best sleep of your life! Cozy up in a comfy queen or stretch out in a spacious king! Both mattresses are the perfect blend of plush and firm with plenty of velvety soft bedding. The bathroom is a nod to the building's mid-century architecture. Hex and subway tile flank the full-sized bathtub.

Awesome stay!

This property is spotless clean and very well supplied with everything you will need for a short or long stay. It’s located in an excellent location, just a five minute walk to downtown restaurants and shops. There is On-site parking right outside your door. I would highly recommend this property if you are staying in Morganton.
