Disliked: Communication

The property owner never responded to multiple messages. The link that VRBO sent with check in information was blank, and the host never provided directions or instructions to access the property. When I called him, the phone didn’t even connect to a voice mail. I think we were scammed.

the only property in Monteverde that is close to downtown Santa Elena. but removed from the noise and own parking. I mention again it is a beautiful place.
