We do our best to maintain and keep the community area up to a good standard. But sometimes it gets dirty and the furniture can become worn down. Refunds will not be given for issues with the community areas.
Full access to condo complex. Rooftop deck and patio are shared spaces.
Please note this is NOT a party house. No additional guests allowed in or near the property at any time. Please consider another listing if you want to entertain during your vacation.
Strictly enforced noise curfew from 10PM-9AM daily
No smoking at the property.
No commercial use of the property including personal services, photo or video shoots or other business use.
Due to our vibrant location and proximity to the beach, scuffs, scratches, and stains may exist within the house that are not photographed. We repaint and replace items often but not between every guest.
Flexible check-in allows our guests to arrive as early as 11:30am when we not have another guest departing the same day. When another guest is departing same day, bag drop off is fine but the maid will need time to clean before check-in.
Hosts have lived in San Diego for over two decades and know this city as well as anyone else. We provide full concierge service for all types of activities and gladly provide recommendations for restaurants, bars, and daytime/evening activities. We pride ourselves in making sure our guests enjoy America’s Finest City to its fullest extent possible.
We try to keep our bed count and other amenities as accurate as possible but sometimes the amenities or smaller beds, like the Ottoman pull out sleepers, get moved from one Property to another. If you arrive at a property and an amenity or bed is missing, please let us know right away and we will bring over whatever is needed.
If you do not inform us about a missing amenity, we will not be able to help and refunds will not be given.
We do our best to keep propane tanks full. But there is a chance that the propane tank for a barbecue or fire pit might be empty. If this is the case, we kindly ask the guests to go to a nearby gas station to swap out the tanks and then we will refund them the cost of the purchase.
