This home is a meticulously remodeled and charming cottage from the early 1900's in the heart of downtown St. Augustine's Historic District. Nestled on a quiet one-way street, the home is a short walk to all of the city's famous attractions. Great amenities like a heated soaking/lounge pool, propane grill and plenty of outdoor seating offer the perfect ways to relax after a day of exploring the city. Please note that due to the pool, this home is not suitable for infants, toddlers, or young children under the age of 12. The house is ideal for small families or two couples - 2 identical king bedrooms with memory foam mattresses share a unique jack-and-jill bathroom (2 half baths with a shared shower in between). Both bedrooms and bathrooms are stocked with clean linens and fluffy, white towels. The kitchen provides all the necessities and more for your in-home meals. All glasses, plates, and silverware are well stocked, along with all of the proper cooking utensils. Appliances include: *Refrigerator *Electric stove *Microwave *Toaster *Combination drip and single-use (Keurig style) coffee machine (beginning supply of k-pods provided at check in) *Combination washer/dryer With all the wonderful amenities and cozy features provided in the home, you'll never want to leave! Drifters is our top recommendation for daily bike rentals and will drop them off directly at the home. *Pineapple Ride and Tour is right up the road and provides golf cart rides to anywhere in the city at $4/person. *The Old Town Trolley Tours is a great fun way to see the city with a hop-on, hop-off trolley service that offers stops throughout St. Augustine. The trolley makes 23 stops at or near popular destinations and departs every 15 minutes between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Purchase your tickets online and hop right on just up the road at the Lightner Museum!
