Beautiful property for families, friends, fishing and enjoying all that Ely has to offer. This peaceful home sits 60 feet from the waters of Shawaga Lake. A private peninsula in town, the home is perfect for enjoying the lake year-round.

The home was recently renovated and features internet, satellite TV, new flooring, new furniture, an updated bathroom, patio, and dock. The lake area has a wide sand beach, dock, kayak, and canoe for use. In the winter, the house is located just around the corner from the snowmobile trail. Life is good.

The location on Sandy Point is fabulous. The house is well appointed and accommodating- but most of all cozy. We will be back for sure.

Great home away from home

OMG! The home was amazing. There was a total of 9 of us. All adults. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, space . We had a great time. The kayaks were a hit. Very nice dock, fire pit, plenty of outdoor chairs. Nice and private. We were very impressed with all the accommodations. Lots of extras, that we were surprised to find. Thank you so much for sharing your home .
