It doesn't get any better than this: gorgeous, light, bright, breezy, full ocean view condo. Two wonderful lanais private and quiet. The perfect place to watch dolphins and whales play. Enjoy rainbows across Kauai's pristine mountains. While sipping your morning coffee on the lanai, the albatross sail across the blue skies.
Our condo is very well maintained with all amenities including a 60" HDTV, free internet, all beach and pool towels, chairs, and ice chest. Fully stocked kitchen with an ocean view. No need to bring anything more than your bathing suits.
Beautifully furnished, Master suite with private lanai and full bathroom. Another full bath off the living area. Perfect for a couple's vacation, honeymoon or quiet getaway.

Great ocean views
A very clean, safe and relaxing space. Roomy one bedroom condo with fantastic views, fully equipped kitchen. Beautiful grounds surround the complex. Lots of whale watching. We enjoyed the lovely pool and two hot tubs. A peaceful getaway in paradise..

Princeville Palace
This is a great place overlooking the north shore of Kauai. It has everything you need (and sometimes two of what you need). Very well stocked and comfortable place to stay. The view from the balcony overlooking the cliff is incredible and a great place to spend your extra down time. Loved it loved it loved it!

We really enjoyed being at this VRBO. We arrived Super Bowl Sunday and their was a party at the rec center happening, great food and fun atmosphere. . I received texts daily about things happening at The Cliffs Condos. Ie: History/natural talks, happy hour, etcThe condo unit was perfect. Full kitchen, nicely appointed. And a terrific view. The grounds were clean and well manicured.

Best Hawaii vacation yet
The condo was perfect. Extremely clean. Everything we needed was proved in the condo. Even the weather was perfect. The view was beautiful. Super quiet. Location was so convenient. Normally we stay in Poipu but we are very happy we chose to stay in Princeville. Our hope is to go there again.

I absolutely loved the view from the kitchen and balcony. Making coffee each morning while hearing and watching the ocean was wonderful. We had everything we needed. We are planning on returning and staying in this unit next year!

Perfect stay in paradise!
My husband and I joined family staying at The Cliffs. The Simpson condo was wonderfully furnished with everything we needed! Exquisite views, rainbows each morning, grounds excellent for birding, very clean grills perfect for grilling fresh Mahi Mahi and close to shopping, beaches and tourist destinations! We couldn’t have asked for more! Thanks, Jerry and Barbara for helping to make our vacation—perfect!

2nd property on our honeymoon. Very relaxing. Very well kept property with a fabulous view. Pool, jacuzzi and recreation area is very nice. Adult Pool and Jacuzzi as well. Clean BBQ's and a great lawn seating area for sunsets.

The Cliffs at Princeville
Pros: - Million Dollar View: The property boasts an outstanding view that is truly exceptional. - Spacious and Comfortable Living Area: The large couch and TV provide a cozy and enjoyable space for relaxation. - Two Bathrooms: The convenience of having two bathrooms enhances comfort and privacy. Cons: - DIY Renovations: The do-it-yourself renovations were somewhat lacking in quality, with noticeable issues such as an AC unit installation that left a significant gap, allowing mosquitoes to enter. - Bathroom Freshness: The bathrooms did not have a particularly fresh or clean feeling. -Noise Issues: Noise from neighboring units was a concern, as the construction of The Cliff properties tends to amplify sounds from outside into the master bedroom.

Condo in Paradise
We have just arrived home from a 2 week visit to Poipu and Princeville. We spent 6 days at Jerry and Barbara’s beautiful condo. This is oceanfront and pictures do not lie! This condo has everything you might need! It was immaculately clean. The grounds are beautiful and even the grill was clean! My husband and I travel frequently and we would not have any hesitation staying at this condo again. Thank you, Jerry and Barbara for making this visit one we will never forget.

Great views, very clean.
We enjoyed our stay very much. The views and location on the property were great. The unit was super clean, inside and out. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed in the bathrooms. There were also a lot of beach/leisure items available for our use (chairs, boogie boards, coolers, etc.). In some ways the unit is dated (popcorn ceiling, tile countertops, etc.), but it did not take away from our enjoyment of the property.

A Wonderful Time!
Our trip to Kauai was absolutely amazing, and staying at this property was the icing on the cake. It was clean, very comfortable, with everything one needs from kitchen to beach accessories. Too many thoughtful details to mention. And the pictures do not do the view justice. Absolutely beautiful! We pretty much lived out on the lanai, it is that incredible! The owner went above and beyond to provide us with property, as well as island information. He checked in with us a few times before our visit to make sure we had everything we needed. The Cliff's personnel were equally as friendly and accommodating. This property is situated in a quiet, safe, convenient area. No negatives here, only a strong desire to return ASAP! We have enjoyed watching our daughters and now grandchildren love Kauai as much as we do. The mountain and ocean views from the condo still take our breaths away!

This property has all the amenities plus in house concierge to book all your activities.
2 pools, baby water pool, one adult only Jacuzzi and one family Jacuzzi. Fenced playground for the little ones, shuffle board, tennis, and paddle tennis and basketball. Monday night is "meet and greet" with complimentary Mai Tai's to sample Kauai's very own Rum.
There are onsite activities daily if you want to learn the Hula or make a Hawaiian basket. Spend your days leisurely or actively, surfing, boogie-boarding, zip-lining and horseback riding just minutes away!
