I got into the building but could not get into a room, I had to find a hotel. You took my money. Expedia really let me down. What a shame.

Great location!

This property is located on a low-traffic street just off Main Street. While it it close to Main Street, I didn't hear any traffic noises, day or night. It is a very short walk to the downtown area, and a 10-15 minute walk to the edge of the university campus. Access to I-75 is easy, too. If you're planning to attend an event at the performing arts center, however, you will need to drive. The building is older, but very well maintained, which just added to the character of the place (think higher ceilings, for instance). The unit itself was spotless and pleasantly decorated. There were flat-screen TVs in the living room and bedroom, which had a comfortable mattress. The bedroom is in the back, which further insulates it from noise. The kitchen was equipped with a Kuerig (coffee and tea pods, included), silverware, dinnerware and glassware. There's also a gazebo in the back which is available to guests. The stay was in the middle of a heat wave (90+ temps each day), but the A/C had no problem keeping the unit very cool. The Wi-Fi was easy to access and speedy. I'd stay here again!
