Just became available for April!! From this modern cozy condo you will be enjoying everything that is great about Naples. The condo is equipped with everything you need to help you relax and enjoy this beautiful area. At Botanical Escape you will be a short distance from Beaches, Parks, The finest restaurants, Pickle ball, Botanical Gardens [short walk away] , Food truck park, Boat and Jet Ski rentals, and an outfitters close by with kayak, and paddle boards. There is just so much to do from this location! This clean modern condo has a nice size master bedroom with master bed, a guest room with Queen, a office with a fold out futon. All furnishings are two years old and modern. The back balcony is overlooking a preserve that will give you a nice sitting to relax with privacy. Botanical Escape community there is a club house, pool, Spa and fitness center. Addition to VRBO fees, there is a $150 HOA application and $75 back ground check fee for this gated community.
