Cancelled at the last minute by the owner

Booking was cancelled at the last minute when we were at the airport. We were supposed to reach at property at midnight and after the cancellation we were no other choice but to book another hotel at double the price. We want to have the compensation equal to double the price of our new booking.

Dirty and unorganized

Check in was delayed by 3 hours waiting for the cleaner. While the cleaner did a good job with basic cleaning, the overall condo was very dirty with extreme dust build up on all overhead vents and out of reach locations. The fireplace was not functional, and no extra blankets available. There were no dish clothes or tea towels to wash dishes with or to wipe up the counters or table. Internet was very slow, to point of unusable. We hot spotted off our own phones.The condo was listed for sale, and our stay was interrupted by a real estate agent wanting to show the unit.
