Wonderful outdoor spaces include: fire area, lots of outdoor seating, large deck, gas grill, covered parking for 2 cars, and lots of string lights for evening enjoyment! Inside the home boasts an up-dated dine-in kitchen with modern appliances, spacious living room with hardwood floors, two bedrooms, and laundry. Located on a beautiful street with great neighbors.

We love being outdoors in beautiful Arkansas - fishing, hiking, and canoeing are some of our favorite things. This home in Cotter, Arkansas is one of our favorite getaways! We decided to open it up as a short-term rental so that others could share in visiting one of our favorite places!
Why they chose this property
This neighborhood is wonderful. It's quiet and residential. Across the street from our place is a Youth Center (Community Center) that has pickle ball courts, basketball courts, and a playground. It's a quick 10-15 minute walk (or 3 minute drive) down to Big Spring Park.
What makes this property unique
Our outdoor space is the best in all of Cotter! We have 200 ft of string lights to enjoy the large deck and firepit area. There is also a large yard attached to the property so that you can really spread out and enjoy being outside.
