Our mountain getaway includes 2 bedrooms and 2 spacious full bathrooms (Sleeps 6-8). A fully equipped kitchen features a breakfast bar, open floor plan family area includes dining, lounging & fireplace. Our Penthouse condo has a private balcony with panoramic views of Mount Baldy, the city of Breckenridge as well as Peaks 7 and 8.
Parking is not guaranteed, the rate you see in VRBO will include the charge for parking for one car, if you do not need parking, we can remove this. If you plan to park a vehicle we can verify if parking is available to reserve for ONE car when you request to book.

For spring, summer and fall we provide easy access to Maggie pond and overlook the Village plaza. Our condo is steps from shopping and dining on Historic Main Street in Breckenridge.
The Village at Breck complex has one of the best Resort centers in Breckenridge. Relax in one of the 4 onsite hot tubs, or enjoy the indoor/outdoor pool, steam room, or sauna. Enjoy the large game/lounge area, reserve the private movie room or get your sweat on in the updated fitness center. As a guest at the Village you will have full access to these amenities during your stay.
Whether you are a couple looking for a romantic getaway or a family looking for lots of space, come stay with us and let us welcome you to our mountain retreat. Dine at one of the Village restaurants or relax fireside in your vacation rental after cooking up a gourmet meal in our kitchen. You will appreciate all the special touches we have had made to our home that we would like to share with you.
Breckenridge is a magical place, our mountain getaway is right in the middle of everything - during the winter it is ski in ski out, and we are a short 1 block walk to main street. Our location is ideal for skiers and non - skiers alike. Our condo is in the Shavano building which is adjacent to the Maggie building providing access to Peak 9 and the Quick Silver lift. You can purchase lift tickets and rent your skis within steps of our front door. For those that prefer to get away into town, we are a little less than a block from main street. (VRBO is showing the nearest lift as Beaver Run, which is also walkable but further than the Quick Silver lift which is adjacent to our building)
We rent the entire 2 Bedroom/2 Bath condo exclusively to each guest.
Summer 2025 note - the Peak 9 inn (adjacent to our building) will be getting new windows and other general updates. We do expect the view from our balcony (which overlooks the peak 9 inn) will be impacted, as well as views from the hot tub and pool - likely from early May 2025 - late Oct 2025.
Dining and Kitchen - Our teak dining table provides seating for 6 and we have two additional log stools that increase seating to 8, the breakfast bar seats 4. The kitchen features slate flooring, slab granite, updated stainless appliances, including an ultra quiet Bosch dishwasher.
Entertainment - The living area features a 50" smart roku TV, bluray DVD and a Wii video game console. Imagine your family relaxing in front of the wood burning fireplace while playing Wii or catching up on a recent blockbuster. We also have a queen leather sofa sleeper, an oversized chair and two additional smaller chairs to provide seating for your entire group.
Sleeping - The master bedroom features a luxury 12" king mattress in a log bed, a 40" smart Roku TV and Blu ray DVD and a log dresser. The second bedroom includes a queen over queen log bunk bed, 32" smart Roku TV. The leather queen sofa sleeper in the family area features a queen memory foam mattress. You can sleep up to 8 in our condo.
Baths - There are two renovated full bathrooms that feature designer tile and upgraded lighting. Each has a sink, toilet and shower/tub combination. The master bath is private to the master bathroom.
Balcony - The penthouse (7th floor) balcony looks out over both peaks 7 and 8 as well as the town of Breckenridge. You can relax on the balcony with your morning coffee (chairs and small table provided).
Updates and renovations - we completely remodeled the entire condo when we purchased and we strive to keep our condo up to date and continue to replace furniture and decor as needed.
We are glad to answer questions before your stay that will help make your stay in Breckenridge more pleasant. We now are using a digital app for keys for the condo as well as for garage access if parking has been reserved, if for any reason you do not have access to use an app enabled phone, we can provide you with physical key cards, please just let us know before your arrival so we can enable these for you.
Generally a car is not necessary to ski and explore Breckenridge. When we drive up from Denver, we find that we can park our car and just travel around Breckenridge on foot - the proximity to both Main Street and the mountain makes walking easy.
Our condo is our second home and we have equipped it with modern conveniences so that it feels like home. The décor and furniture reflects the Colorado Rockies - we like to think of it as modern mountain décor.
There are owner retained closets and cupboard(s) that are to remain locked and are not available for guest access.
