Suite with air conditioning and bedrooms 2 and 3 with ceiling fan. Bathrooms with luxury shower (2). Service area with washing machine. Kitchen with custom cabinets, table, chairs, stove, new refrigerator, microwave, blender, etc. The building offers Wi-Fi internet access. All shops within a radius of 500 meters and the beach has a bike path along its entire length. The building contains an elevator and the apartment. it is pleasant and well ventilated. The items that guests will have to bring are: pillows, bed linen and bath towels.

O apartamento é muito bom! Faltou nos banheiros duchas higienicas, mas pode ser adaptado o que ficaria ótimo. O zelador Sr Luiz é uma pessoa comunicativa e atenciosa, os demais também são prestativos. Não temos o que reclamar, pois fomos atendidos naquilo que solicitamos, o que aumentou o crédito de possibilidades de retornar a Guarujá e nos instalarmos no mesmo apartamento!

Estivemos (eu e minha família) pelos últimos 6 dias no apartamento do sr.Ronaldo e amamos! O apartamento é completo, oferece toda a estrutura necessária para bons dias de descanso. As especificações do anúncio estão totalmente de acordo com o que é ofertado. Agradeço profundamento o sr. Ronaldo pelo pronto atendimento e toda paciência dedicada durante as negociações. O sr. Luiz (zelador) e demais funcionários do prédio foram bastante prestativos. Para quem procura uma boa opção no Guarujá, praia da Enseada, e quer ficar perto do mar sem ter que pagar a mais por isso, recomendamos!

Primeiramente gostaria de elogiar o Sr. Ronaldo pelo apartamento em questão, pois trata-se de um imóvel muito aconchegante, espaçoso e bem localizado! Além disso, fomos muito bem recebidos, em todos os sentidos, desde o momento da recepção pelos zeladores, até o final da hospedagem! Apartamento super aconchegante

O apartamento é super aconchegante, bonito e com móveis bem organizados! A localização é ótima. De fácil acesso a praia Enseada e praia do Pernambuco, a qual é uma delícia também. Próximo ao apartamento possui supermercados, farmácia e até Pet Shop. Os porteiros e zeladores bem comunicativos e atenciosos. Uma ótima estadia para quem procura um apartamento com boa localização, confortável e tranquilo.
