Each side of the duplex has 9 bedrooms and 9.5 baths and sleeps a total of 22 people. The entire vacation home sleeps 44 people, making it a very popular rental house for large groups.

The home is 3 stories and has spacious balconies on all 3 levels. The house also offers a beachfront private pool for guests to enjoy. There are a total of 2 swimming pools, one per side of the beach house. There is also ample parking, WiFi/Internet, Cable/Satellite, and much more.
