wood burning fireplace. The perfect place to warm up after a long day on the slopes. The spacious patio area is set with a BBQ for the cook in the group. 

The first guest bathroom and guest bedroom with two twin beds are located on the main level. Make your way upstairs to the second guest bedroom offering a queen bed and just steps away from the guest bathroom. The primary suite is just down the hall and comes complete with a queen bed and beautiful en-suite to include a soaking tub, dual sinks and private sauna. All beds are equipped with comfortable mattresses and hotel quality linens to ensure your best nights rest. 

Take advantage of all the amenities the Vail Racquet Club offers. Get a stretch and warm up at the gym or unwind at the pool and hot tubs. There is also a full service restaurant in the club if you don't want to drive back into the village for dinner. Getting to the slopes is super easy with the town bus that goes by every thirty minutes and is located just down the street. 

Whether you are here for the summer or the winter, you'll find plenty of activities to entertain you from white water rafting, kayaking, and paddle boarding. If you prefer land over water, grab your hiking gear or mountain bike and head out to the trails. In the Winter, you'll find both Vail and Lionshead Villages alive with music, restaurants and shopping, each within 10 minutes of the property. The winter activities are endless too... cross country skiing, ice skating, sledding, or just meandering in the breathtaking winter wonderland.

As your make your way into the home, you will be welcomed by an abundance of natural light and an  open floor plan. This condominium offers a private balcony with barbecue and captivating mountain views where you can enjoy the sunsets or a cup of coffee as you get ready for the day. 

The full kitchen features all the necessary appliances and cooking supplies to fuel up the whole group for a day in the slopes. Counter seating for four and a separate dining area for an additional eight provides ample space for family dinners.  

The living space offers a cozy couch, wood burning fireplace, wireless internet, and flat screen TV. The condo is also equipped with a in-unit washer/dryer. 

The three bedrooms are welcoming and outfitted with cozy mattresses, hotel quality linens, and accommodates up to eight guests comfortably.  The master is at the top of the stairs for added privacy. It is equipped with a king bed and en-suite bathroom which boasts a beautiful, cozy bathtub to relax in after a long day on the mountain. The first guest bedroom has a twin bed that can convert to a king and doubles as a workspace and is just steps to the guest bathroom.  The second guest bedroom has two twin/ twin bunkbeds an en-suite, newly renovated bathroom with a standup shower and side by side washer/dryer. 

There is one assigned parking and also visitor spaces available. Don't worry or pay for parking at the resort the bus stop is just outside of this community and will take you to Vail Village in less than 10 minutes. The 5,000-acre world renowned Vail Mountain Resort (five miles east), offers an experience for every alpine athlete, from the smallest tot to the most experienced professional. There's also a market and liquor store on-site for added convenience.

You will receive an invite to the guest portal at the time of booking with reservation confirmation. Access instructions are emailed seven days prior to arrival.

THE ADVANTAGE: All of our Beaver Creek and Vail properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with hotel quality bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.
