This is a nice home in central Butte, close to downtown and other attractions. The large backyard was great to give the kids room to burn off steam after visiting family all day.
We had a very nice stay at this house. The house was clean and nicely decorated. The yard was a huge bonus for my dog. We enjoyed the house very much. Nice and quiet.
Everything was just as it was advertised! There was a slight issue with the heating during our stay and the manager was quickly responsive and fixed the issue right away. I loved that, so much! We loved how big the yard was, as well! And that we could bring our dog!My only complaint is that the house needed a throughly deep clean. There were stains on doors and walls. The freezer had crumbs and residue, as did the inside of the frig. The corners and baseboards needed some attention as well. Also, the bed in the main room on the main floor was pulled away from the wall about 6 inches. There was no headboard. I was a little weird.
Hi! I am born and raised in Dickinson, ND, but am a 2nd generation Butte girl. My mom was born and raised in Butte and I moved here shortly after graduating from North Dakota State University. I have been property managing my family for about 5 years and just recently got my own property up and running. I still live locally and love everything about living in the Butte Silver Bow area.
Why they chose this property
I purchased the house in March of 2017 about 3 months after moving to Butte and fell in love with the neighborhood. The neighbors are very friendly, and we look out for each other and converse on a regular basis. I lived there until June of 2023 when my husband and I purchased a home together.
What makes this property unique
My property is in the perfect location for people that are in town to explore or groups that are here for Sporting events. We are walking distance to uptown and very close to the civic center that hosts a ton of events throughout the year. Unlike many in the area, we have a large yard that is over 3 standard sized lots.
