Brand new apartment on the park, next to stadium, with quick access to downtown
Experience the vibrant city of Denver from this stylish 2-room (bedroom and living room), 1-bathroom vacation rental apartment that covers the entire first floor of a brand new townhome. This sleek and modern unit is conveniently located close to the area's top attractions. Explore the charming Jefferson Park/LoHi neighborhood or get downtown in 5-10 minutes. Perfect for solo travelers up to small families, this property provides the perfect home base to discover all that the Mile High City has to offer.
Upon entering through the private backdoor you will be greeted with the spacious living room with a 75 inch smart TV, queen pullout couch, recliner, table and barstools, and a full kitchenette (refrigerator, microwave, hot plate, convection oven and Keurig machine with complimentary coffee). There is also a closet with additional amenities (high chair, dog bowl, iron, extra linens and towels, etc.). All amenities listed below.
Through the bathroom, with a glass shower and complimentary toiletries, you will enter the queen bedroom. South facing with giant sliding glass doors, the bedroom gets plenty of sunlight (with blackout shades!) on a quiet street with a front porch for you to enjoy. There is a wardrobe for you to hang and fold clothes.
The location is ideal, ~30 minutes to the airport, 5-10 minutes to downtown, and on Jefferson Park! You have the ability to walk throughout one of Denver's beautiful neighborhoods with restaurants, breweries, and plenty of close attractions such as Mile High Stadium (0.2 miles), the Downtown Aquarium (0.5 miles), Ball Arena (0.9 miles) and Coors Field (1.5 miles)
There is ample street parking and the ability to park in front of my garage. Mile High stadium is located in my neighborhood and therefore street parking is restricted on certain stadium event days from 12 pm-9 pm. During those days, you will need to ensure your car is parked in front of my garage space or a few streets over to avoid a ticket.
