Penny's Place is the middle unit in my triplex building and is located at the edge of a small community of three buildings. It is approximately 500 square feet with 4 steps up to the front door. The location is quiet and private although you may occasionally see others come and go during your stay.

Ideally located within a mile to Table Rock Lake Marina, fishing pier and swim beach, guests can easily enjoy all of the outdoor recreation Holiday Island has to offer. Hiking trails, golf courses, tennis courts, and lake fun are all minutes from your door. And, when you are ready for a little more excitement, downtown Eureka Springs is just a scenic 12 minute drive away. With Branson and Bentonville each only an hour away, Penny's Place truly does provide the best of all worlds!

IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS:
1) There are NO dishwasher or washer/dryer in the unit. Dish washing supplies are provided, along with plenty of towels and extra linens.

2) Please be advised this property is located on a hill and the driveway is steep. Level access available via gravel entrance.

Our honeymoon stay

The room was very clean room, (and I say room because it was an apartment style house, not a single building like it looks on the website.) A few miles outside of town, but a pleasant drive. There is not washer or dryer and that would've helped , since there were only two washclothes and two towels. As for as the coffee and additives for the coffee, they were not fresh( not sure how long they had been open). And evening entertainment, well you have to start an account and sign in to watch TV. Neighbours were kinda noisy up until the 10 pm quite time, witch is ok I guess. No view unless you like watching the street. But the bed and pillows were amazing.. driveway kinda tight (watch for the rocks hanging over edge ) . All in all, it's a good place to sleep, just have other things you want to do elsewhere.

Cute place for two; middle duplex; stayed 2 nights

Penny’s place was very cute. Had everything you could need. Lots of extra towels and rags. Appreciated it having a blow dryer as I forgot mine. Kitchen is very nice. Full size fridge. Is about 15 mins to downtown Eureka. 1 hour to Branson. Had a few games under tv stand. Moved TV from living room into bedroom, as there’s not really a couch or place for two to sit comfortably in the living room. My only complaint (and it’s a pretty big one) is if you are a light sleeper like I am, I would not advise staying here. Both nights the neighbors in Duplex A were awake into the early morning hours and I could hear them talking, hear them walking across the floor, opening drawers, opening the back sliding door, hanging out outside, etc. it was awful. This was anywhere between 11pm-4am. There is a designated sound machine in the bedroom but even with that up quite loud I could still hear everything. Unfortunately this would deter me from staying here again. Don’t think it’s the host’s fault, just an older duplex with paper thin walls apparently. If you’re a deep sleeper I’m sure you’ll be fine!
