Walk into this open, updated turnkey kitchen where you have everything you need to make a fabulous meal. This newly remodeled 2023 kitchen has beautiful granite countertops and new S/S appliances. The fresh and new living room has two comfortable couches (including a sofa bed), a smart flat-screen TV, and partial views of the gulf. The en-suite master bedroom has a new comfortable king bed and smart flat-screen TV.

The tiled and updated bathroom has large closets and a tiled shower. Your guests will be very comfortable in the guest bedroom, with large closets, one twin and one queen bed, and a new smart flat-screen TV.

Beach towels, Beach chairs, and a Beach umbrella are included, along with a large-wheel buggy for taking all your toys, refreshments, and chairs to the beach. Loggerhead Cay is a Gulf Front condo complex with a large heated pool, BBQ grills, tennis/pickleball courts, shuffleboard, and beautiful tropical grounds.
