Cedar Pine Villas - Quiet, 'Luxury & Comfort Rolled Into One'

A newly constructed complex located between Cable Beach and West Ridge. An area of New Providence conveniently located one block of West Bay Street, and 15 minutes from the Airport and Cable Beach hotels and casinos. You can also catch the #10 bus to and from downtown Nassau, or they can connect you to other buses to anywhere you would like to go.

The interior is completely brand new with granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms, beautiful porcelain tiled floors, solid pine doors, tray ceilings with recess lighting in living room area and the kitchen is furnished with new stainless steel appliances. At the end of the living room is a balcony to sit outside and catch the Bahamian breeze. We just got a back up generator just in case electricity goes off!

This is a newly constructed building between Cable Beach and WestRidge, an area of New Providence, conveniently located one block off West Bay Street, and fifteen minutes away from the airport, and all the Cable Beach hotels, restaurants and casino. The house is located about five minutes from three of our local beaches and park. You can also catch the #10 bus to and from downtown Nassau, or anywhere you would like to go. At Christmas time we have the local junkanoo festival, and through the summer months, June through August we have the goombay festival which is held at Arawak Cay. There is also various arts, crafts and local straw works at the Straw Market located downtown.

Neighborhood:: Cedar Pine Villas is located in a quiet neighborhood with friendly families. The area is safe and lighted at night. We are also located at the dead end of the corner, free from all disturbances.

Leisure & Dining:: Cedar pine Villas is located near approximately six Bahamian restaurants. At these eateries you can experience the best Bahamian cuisine at very affordable prices. A great experience with a wonderful host

Elrena was a lovely host, meeting us at the airport and escorting us to the property. The property was spacious and clean and well setup for our 10 day trip. We rented a car as we wanted flexibility - but there are plenty of areas within walking distance that were accessible from the property such as a few local beaches, restaurants and a grocery store (Super Value). Overall, between the accessibility to Bay St., beaches, restaurants, amenities and the comfort of the home's spaciousness and pool, our family enjoyed our stay immensely. It was all topped off by a wonderful host experience as Elrena provided many suggestions on food and excursions.I would strongly suggest anyone who is interested in a safer, quieter neighborhood to explore Elrena's place as it checked all our boxes and provided us flexibility to explore the island as we saw fit without having to travel too far. Super equipped apartment

We had a great time at Elrena's. The apartment has everything you need to feel at home. We really liked the pool. Everything was very clean. It's not far to the shops and the bus, but in extreme heat the walk with children can be a bit long. Elrena was very friendly and showed us the most important places so that we could have a nice week. We would definitely recommend the apartment.

Beautiful Bahamas getaway

Villa was very clean and well equipped with everything needed for our stay. The property is well maintained with a lovely pool; a tropical oasis right outside. The surrounding area is safe and within walking distance to the market, restaurants and beach. We really enjoyed Meze grill for dinner and Gordon's Bay was a beautiful beach. The hosts are superb! Very helpful with any questions we had. We highly recommend staying at this property its absolutely perfect for a Bahamian getaway.

Fantastic property close to beach

Elrena was a wonderful host. From picking us up from the airport, taking us to the supermarket, showing us nearby beaches and letting us stay an extra night because of a problem with our flight. She made sure there was everything we needed in the property, which was immaculate and very comfortable. She knew it was our son's birthday, so made a birthday banner for him and left cakes and a present for him. She also left numbers for taxis- we used Paula a few times who was very reliable and friendly! The property is in a residential area with a supermarket and restaurants nearby-10/15 min walk (we found a cut through which made it a 5 min walk). The pool area is great to relax around. There is a very small beach on the other side of the main road which we loved as it was deserted! Nassau is very easy to get to by bus -10 or 12b. Thank you again Elrena for being such a wonderful host!

Cable beach Vrbo

We had a lovely stay at Elrena's home. The property was quiet, well appointed and in a lovely neighborhood in a super convenient location. Just a 5-7 minute walk to the bus stop and about 10 minutes to grocery stores and restaurants. It was a welcome change after our stay in the hustle and bustle of the Atlantis. Elrena took great care to make sure we arrived safely from the Atlantis to her home. Highly recommend and we can't wait to be back!

Elrena takes good care of her guests! Place is comfortable, very clean, and has everything you’ll need. Pool is beautiful. Goodman's Beach very close and gorgeous. Would definitely stay here again!

Stay here - trust me!

Elrena and her husband are amazing hosts! The property is immaculate inside and out. Everything you could possibly need is available. This was our second stay and it was just as wonderful as the last. Elrena goes above and beyond for each guest. We rented a car this time around and she still met us at the airport so we could follow her back to the property. Then she rode with us to the grocery store to make sure we knew where it was and how to get home. I can't say enough great things about the whole experience. Stay here and you will not be disappointed.

Little Paradise

It was the perfect place to stay. Very, very kind host and everything was how it was ment to be. A beautiful garden with a nice swimming pool. It gives you privacy. From there it is easy to get to Nassau by car, bus or taxi. Or in the neighbourhood is a Nice Beach. For us it was a little Paradise.

Bahamas Girls Trip

Mrs. Whyms is a superb host. She picked us up from airport, took us to the grocery store. The home is very nice and accommodating for your needs. The swimming pool is very nice. Very comfortable home away from home. I'm happy we stayed here. Walking to the bus line is about 3 blocks or so.

A great hideout for a nice break in the Bahamas!

Elrena is not just a VRBO Premier Host, she is a Super Duper Premier Host. We have not met any host as invested in making sure you enjoy your stay in a very beautiful spot. Cedar Pines Villa is exactly as described. It is spotless and well supplied. The kitchen had everything you need to prepare your own meals. The pool was refreshing and clean. Lots of information to make your visit even more enjoyable. We did not rent a car and made out just fine. Walked everywhere. Groceries, liquor and bus stop 10 minutes, beach 15 and great restaurants 20. Elrena thanks for being a great host. We really enjoyed our first visit to the Bahamas and we appreciated all the extras that made our visit so special! Cedar Pines is a great place to stay!

Definitely your home away from home

We had such a great comfortable visit. We felt taken care of by the hosts from the minute we booked until we checked out. The location was excellent (after getting a sense of where we were) We didn't have a car for the first few days but decided it was best as we had two young children. A car isn't necessary as there is a bus to take you into town or Nirvana Beach. The condo was fully stocked and was easy to prepare meals. We had a great time and I would recommend it to anyone.

Exactly what I was looking for. Elrena was very helpful and able to answer any questions. Location was a 10-20 minute walk from the bus line, grocery/liquor stores, pharmacy, and several restaurants. The unit had everything I needed for cooking and a pretty decent pool area.

Best VRBO in Nassau

I can't begin to say what an amazing experience we had staying at this property. The host Elrena and her husband were lovely and so helpful. The property was beautiful, clean, and well stocked. It was also conveniently located within a short walk to two food stores, restaurants, and the beach. We did not have a car so this was important. Elrena gave us great recommendations for everything. We will be back!!!

A Jewel!

Not only was the condo a jewel but so was Elrena, the owner. The condo was spacious, clean and secure. Elrena helped us with restaurants and grocery locations. In the condo, there was everything we needed from coffee to bottled water, to beach towels. The pool was just perfect. Elrena communicated with us every day to make sure that we were comfortable and had everything that we needed. When we return to Nassau we will definitely make sure that we stay at Cedar Pine Villas with Elrena!

Why they chose this property

We built the house in 2008!
This is our retirement home.
This is one of the upscale areas in Cable Beach. We are near to the banks, restaurant, food markets, hotels, and beaches!
Quiet, and away from congestion! We are gated, and have our own private generator, just in case the electricity goes off! We normally try to meet our guests at the airport! If we can't transport them to the house, then we use a taxi company to transport them which gives a discount.

What makes this property unique

This property is located near the Airport, banks, restaurant, Supermarkets, post office, the casino, Sandals, Breezes, & Bahamar which has bird watching and water parks coming soon. Also a mini straw Market.
You don't have to go far for anything!
