Casa Bliss has a uniquely open layout with a central space including the kitchen, dining, and living in one open room. The master bedroom includes its own private bathroom and large walk in closet. The guest bedroom has a closet and separate bathroom all to yourself. Oh and the balcony sliding doors open all the way to provide a unique open indoor/outdoor experience.

The entire condo is yours for the duration of your stay at Casa Bliss!

Harbour Isle community includes a Margaritaville hotel, restaurant with a view of the marina, and a pool with children's splash pad and bbq area. Casa Bliss is in a gated community which provides privacy for each guest and their families.

Casa Bliss has 1 private parking spot along with overflow parking in front of the building. It's easy to walk around here in the complex, which include bbq pits, a pool, and a children's playground. Also, the beach is just a 10 minute stroll across the Manatee Ave bridge!

"Welcome Wellness Package"

At Casa Bliss we provide multiple items for wellness and relaxation including yoga mats, air purifiers, robes, and aromatherapy diffusers with essential oils. You will be provided a "Wellness Welcome Package" which will include tea and essential oils. Sit back and relax and enjoy your beach vacation with Casa Bliss!

KEY FOBS: Upon check out, key fobs are to be hung on the hook to the left of the front door where the guest originally found them. For each lost key fob, the guest will be charged $50.

ANIMALS: Casa Bliss is an ANIMAL FREE zone due to allergies of the hosts family member. All animals are strictly prohibited.

EVENTS/PARTIES: Casa Bliss is not a party house and events and parties are strictly prohibited. Please observe the QUIET HOURS in our listing.

Beautiful Condo Close to AMI

We had a short stay at Casa Bliss and it was perfect! Beautiful accommodations, caring and communicative owners, every amenity we needed including beautiful walking areas, and best of all very close to AMI.We loved the place will rent here again when we return!

A FANTASTIC STAY!

Casa Bliss is a beautiful layout and was perfect for our family during spring break. The condo was immaculate, with a high end kitchen and massive main room that led to an even better outdoor space. We enjoyed relaxing on the screened in patio with coffee in the morning and watching the sunset in the evening. The location was ideal for us, especially after being immersed in the hustle and bustle of the islands beaches. A quick drive over the bridge to Amelia Island to explore more than a family could do in a week, but with the owners digital guide book we were able to pick what suited us. Where to watch the sunset, who to rent from, what to do - their suggestions were on point and appreciated! Go to Sandbar and then watch the sunset! Hang out on the property where you can enjoy a short walk to the nearby nature preserve, explore near the water, and then come back end enjoy the pool (we actually enjoyed the splash pad better, the sound of the splashing water was more tranquil and the sun bathing was better). Can’t wait to go back!

Casa Bliss is clean and well appointed with everything you might need. Everything is well organized and the layout perfect. Linens are new, everything is coordinated and the decor here is lovely. We will be back.

We couldn’t have been more pleased with Casa Bliss and the owner Christopher. The unit was spotless and well equipped, with excellent furnishings. The location is only a few minute’s drive from Anna Maria Island, which was our focus. Communication with Christopher was great, with quick response. We highly recommend Casa Bliss!

Perfection

In addition to Christopher being a great host, the condo was very comfortable, well appointed and beautifully decorated. We loved the screened in porch for morning coffee and for an afternoon snack after beaching all day! The complex grounds were so clean and very well maintained! Anna Marie Island was just over the bridge, you could drive, bike or walk in minutes - it was just so beautiful. Our family enjoyed every moment and hope to return in the future!

All Around Amazing!!

We come to the island a few times a year. This was a great break from the traffic and allowed us to relax while enjoying the perks of the island! The accommodations at the complex were perfect for us and our teens! The owners were amazing to work with & provided a website of important information or tips for newbies to the island. We would love to rent from them again! The property was well taken care of with beautiful decor. It was comfortable and inviting but as my daughter said “beach trendy”. The owners have everything there for you!

Beautiful condo and location

The condo was clean and comfortable. Exactly as pictured. The development felt extremely safe, covered parking. My elderly parents could walk around and see interesting things all within the development and short walk to 2 restaurants. Less than five minute drive to Anna Maria Island. Several nature preserves a half mile down the road to see wildlife—benches throughout. Crushed shell paths, great for running. Publix and restaurants within 10 minute drive. Chris was excellent with communication. We hope to come back. Highly recommend.
