About this property

Walk To Disneyland! 4 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms.

PLEASE NOTE: This home is in a residential neighborhood. Parties of any type are not allowed in this home. If you are looking for a home to have any type of gathering that could exceed the maximum occupancy, or the maximum number of vehicles, this is not the home for you. If you are looking to play music outside at any time or do anything that could disturb a neighbor, this is not the right home for you.

We are a licensed short term rental with the City of Anaheim (Lic. #REG2014-00150) This lovely single family home is less than 1 mile from Disneyland or 15–20 minutes depending on how you walk. Our house is in the huge lot with the very nice neighborhood; it is close and convenient to everything. With the completely remodeled house, you will feel warm and welcome in this lovely house. The living room has a Direct TV for you to enjoy in family time. With an additional TV in the Master Bedroom and one in one of the 3 bedrooms. The kitchen is fully functioning to get ready to serve. Our dining room is connected directly with a living room where your family can enjoy family dinner.

The master bedroom has a beautiful king set with a twin bed, and a walk-in closet. The other 3 bedrooms have queen & twin beds for other family members to stay together.

Outside you will have the huge covered patio where you can see fireworks from Disneyland during nighttime.

We also have the laundry room available, and the whole house is Wi-Fi internet ready for you to enjoy while on vacation. For the baby, we have a stroller, high chair and crib. We hope our house provide you with everything that make your vacation magical and unforgettable.

At our corner streets, there are big shopping centers where you can walk in less than 5 minutes from home. You can find; Bank of America, Chase Bank, gas station, Food4Less supermarket, Walmart, McDonald, Starbucks, Arby’s, Taco Bell, China Buffet and a lot more…

Update 2/11/2021: Due to large complaints from the city and neighbors, the Game Room will be closed from now on.

Update 2/11/2021: Added 3 more TVs, one in the Master room, another in 1 of the 3 bedrooms and 1 in the living room.

Very comfortable home
This was our first time renting a VRBO for Disneyland, even though we've been going for 18 years. I was a little worried about all of Anaheim's rental rules, but the communication and expectations of our host were very reasonable - just don't park on the street, and be quiet after 10:00. I was especially delighted by the comfort of our bed and pillows - they were better than what I have at home! We clocked our walk to the park gates at 1.8 miles each way. It took us about 40 minutes. It did take us a few times to figure out the route, as Google maps got us lost the first day. DO NOT take Walnut street. We used Disneyland Drive, and walked into Downtown Disney by the Pixar Pier hotel. Overall, a first-rate place to stay with a large group of young single adults. There were plenty of beds and relaxing room for our group of nine. I would highly recommend this rental for people who don't have a hard time walking, and are looking for a comfortable space to spread out.

Family Disneyland trip
We had a larger family trip to Disneyland with members of all different age groups. The house fit us perfectly they had a crib for a baby in the primary room. The primary was spacious and has a large closet area. Check-in was easy and love that you can park behind a secured gate. You can fit about three cars back there and also there’s parking in the driveway for another three cars. Neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. The total of four bedrooms TV in the primary room and a TV in the room that has two twin beds. They have plenty of towels for everyone.

Having a grocery within a walking distance was the best. Lots of room for 7 of us to be comfortable and having those strollers were handy for little kids. We enjoyed the house very much!

Our group of four attended a conference in town and stayed at this property. The house was clean, spacious, and conveniently located within walking distance to the convention center, restaurants, and grocery stores. The owner was exceptionally courteous, even going the extra mile to manage the garbage bins for us.

We loved our stay. The location to Disney was ideal for a family with a 2 year old that needed a nap mid-day. The kitchen could use a few items but we made it work to cook for ur meals. Communication with host was wonderful.

Perfect Disney Extended Family Stay
We would definitely stay here again! Minutes from Disneyland. We had a fabulous stay at this spotless home with our extended family group of 7 adults and 2 littles headed to Disney and there were beds to spare. Streaming apps were difficult to access, but it was a great location for small children with no stairs and a big floor plan with 3 full baths. There was a high chair, crib, and portable crib. It felt very secure and had ample room for our two vans to park in a secure gated drive.

Was a great stay
Spacious home that worked great for us. Close to Disney but not quite walking distance in my opinion. Everything was well kept and we enjoyed our stay. I would recommend if you are going to be with family or a group and don’t want to all get separate hotel rooms.
