This area is located on the north side of Breckenridge. It is a 5 minute drive from Broken Compass Brewery and one of the best restaurants in Breckenridge, The Breckenridge Distillery Restaurant.

PROVIDED ITEMS:

The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.

The bathrooms are fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.

There is a Pack N Play travel crib located at this property. Please bring your own Pack N Play crib sheets.

PLEASE NOTE:

-There is no air conditioning. (Most places in our area do not have it!)
-There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are recommended if not required.
-This house is located at an elevation of approximately 9,800ft. Visit the CDC website for information on the potential effects of high altitude.***
- Summit County has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters.
- The house does not have a landline telephone.
- The private hot tub requires weekly service so stays longer than 4 nights may have a hot tub contractor stop by.
- The house has an occupancy limit of 6 and parking limit of 4 cars.
- The minimum age to rent is 25.
- Events that exceed the maximum occupancy are not permitted.

Lovely place, missing amenities

View is amazing, space is nice, checkin/check out is very easy and smooth. We did do some cooking and the pans are meh but the big thing is that there are NOT kitchen staples. There was some salt, pepper, and oregano, but some other spices would be nice. There was also no oil, luckily we brought butter but some more kitchen staples would really elevate this place. There was a single humidifier but more would be nice. They had a burr coffee grinder which was a nice touch and the automatic blinds were great. Would book this again but I hope to see more kitchen staples.
