The 1Bed/1Bath (A) Unit sleeps 2 people. It comes with with a king bed, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, TV with cable, And free WIFI. We supply bath and beach towels. There is a dedicated parking space, a newly renovated pool/jacuzzi and BBQ area, and a private lanai.

The Sandpiper is across the street from a gorgeous 2.1 mile walking path with breathtaking views of mountains trickled with waterfalls. It is around the corner from the world class Princeville Golf Course, a short walk to many secluded beaches, just a quarter of a mile to grocery stores and restaurants, and a short distance to many different types of adventures, such as exploring Queens Bath, hiking the Napali coast, kayaking the Hanalei river, or strolling through the wildlife sanctuary near the Kilauea Lighthouse.

Pros:- Nice area- Pool and hot tub are clean and not too busy- Unit is clean and spacious, but a bit sterile feelingCons:- Pest control unlocked outdoor and walked in on us while we were napping- Construction was happening all day on the unit above us- Small cockroach in the cupboard, but otherwise no pests

The house was decently set up with basic cooking supplies, pots and pans were old, the unit is dated, some things (like doors) look rough. They have some medicine cabinet supplies too. Also have some beach gear available. Bed was good.There is a washer and dryer. Nice shower. Clear instructions for guests. Situated about a mile from amenities.This property is by a fairly busy corner, and there is noise and lights from cars. It’s a noisy place. We could hear our neighbors talking quite clearly and they were remodeling as well, so there was that noise too.

Princeville Getaway
This property is great! Love that there is a full kitchen and laundry! We were a little worried about not having AC, but there is adequate airflow with the windows that it is almost always a comfortable temperature. Megan is a great host and is quick to reply and helpful when you need something.

Great location for North Shore
Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Nothing too fancy but had everything we needed. Snorkeling equipment on patio was a surprise. Everything went smoothly and no regrets.

Great Place!
This place was clean and comfortable. The only issue was the traffic noise since it's close to the parking lot and a semi-busy road. However, the noise dies down by 9pm. It's across from a golf course with a great walking path. And there's a water filter pitcher in the fridge which was so nice to have! We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

An amazing week
What an amazing time in Princeville. Proximity to Aniki Beach and Hanalei is unmatched. We had so many amazing mornings by the ocean. The hosts were communicative, and assisted us with any questions in just moments. We will always remember our week in Princeville. Highly recommend to any other travelers!

Comfortable condo
The check-in was super easy and when I had questions they were answered almost immediately. The condo itself is very spacious and it was clean. In the kitchen we could find everything we needed and more. Can definitely recommend a stay there.

Nice little place to stay
Lots of pros to this property! The location, the property pool and hot tub, clean, well stocked, bed was comfortable enough, nice to have beach stuff available, nice to have the stand fans for those warmer nights, was thankful for the water filter. It’s a nice little space. Definitely glad we picked here to stay. If I had to point out a couple of cons the washer and dryer didn’t work properly, so we weren’t able to wash our clothes as hoped. And the bedroom pillows were lumpy and not comfortable. Other than those minor things, we really enjoyed our stay! Hope to stay again sometime!

Location and easy access to Princeville, Hanalei Bay and other scenic areas on the North Shore of Kauai were excellent. Property is dated and furniture, bathroom, balcony, etc. could benefit from some updating and deep/steam cleaning. Laundry machine was old, deeply rusted and stained. We were disturbed by the loud neighbors next door whose voices and movements could be heard in the evening and very early morning, as well as in the shower through very thin walls and doors. Good place if you just want to use it as a base for sightseeing in the area. Food court in nearby Princeville shopping center was good, but area restaurants were very crowded and need advance reservations. Overall a decent experience especially if you have kids.

Five Weeks in Paradise
We just returned home after spending 37 nights in this gem of a condo. It fulfilled all we were hoping to find at good value. The indoor/outdoor feeling you get with all the jalousie windows in the unit made it quite comfortable during our January-February stay. The lanai has really nice shade so it is a great place to enjoy sitting any time of the day. The king size bed was extremely comfortable-very good quality mattress. Any small concerns (garburator not working upon arrival) were very promptly resolved immediately by Megan’s handyman. We love the Princeville area as there are great facilities at Princeville Centre and it’s very near both Hanalei and Kilauea which we visited frequently for great meals out or just afternoon coffee or lattes. We felt the Aloha when maps in Apple CarPlay started referring to Sandpiper Village as returning to “Home” the last couple of weeks lol. Thank you very much Adam and Megan for sharing your piece of paradise with us. Mahalo

Wedding beach search
We typically stay in resorts when we travel to Hawai'i. This time we chose to try a vacation rental while searching for the perfect beach to plan our wedding. Megan's property is a cute ground-level 1 bedroom condo in a nice community of condos. All of the amenities are needed for you to stay in and cook, do laundry, or even hide from the winter rain. Megan was very easy to contact and even offered great insights to local beaches. We had a wonderful time and look forward to next year.

Princeville Paradise
It started off with an easy booking and check in! We arrived and it was clean, we were able to check in a little early which helped with our bags and groceries. The amenities offered within the house were nice and it was just what we needed. Great location and we loved our stay…if only it could’ve been longer! ALOHA!

Kauai, you had us at hello! We are IN LOVE with this island! It is our home away from home. We spent our honeymoon on the island and frequently come back. Some of our favorite things to do here are kayak, hike, snorkel and explore this beautiful island. Kauai = Paradise.

Why they chose this property

We decided to purchase this property because of the open, airy feel of the unit. The many windows that you can open make you feel like you are outside. We also like being in Princeville because it is centrally located on the north shore, we love the gorgeous mountain and ocean scenery, and it is close in proximity to the essentials.

What makes this property unique

There is a newly renovated pool/jacuzzi/BBQ communal area. The unit has stainless steel appliances, kitchen granite counter tops, tile through out the unit, new fixtures and furniture, brand new dish and cook ware, and a washer and dryer.
