The house is dangerous and they property manager was absolutely abhorrent.
I came to San Diego to put my support animal down. I wanted him to have a week at the beach. I had a friend drive me and drop me off. The house is dilapidated. The heat didn’t work and you had to use space heaters that were dangerous. But the most upsetting thing was the fences open opposite of each other and is very dangerous. The fences need to be redone. There are no security cameras as stated and the spotlight did not work. I went flying one night and gashed my arms and legs. Then when my friend came to pick me up he stepped on the wood piece between the gates and it lifted and I had to catch him or he would have fallen into the pitch fence. The blinds are all broken as well and there is not adequate blankets. It doesn’t sleep 4 bc the couch is an IKEA couch with no matress other than the cushions. When I arrived I called the management company because there was no propane. They brought it over. Then I informed them I fell and they said nothing. The last day when my friend almost went into the gate I called the management company and his first response was how interesting you are complaining on your last day. I honestly was just letting him know so no one kill’s themselves. He was so rude . I wasn’t going to write a review but the management company was atrocious. They offered no solution and said they would stop by. They never did and I had waited for hours. I would not recommend unless they fix up this home and get a new management company. Plus the owner kept walking
