About this property
The Riviera at Cody Place - NEW LISTING!
Welcome to The Riviera at Cody Place, a tasteful blend of modern comfort and classic style welcoming you to your serene escape. This exquisitely appointed 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhouse with an Office/Den (fold-out queen bed for additional guests) is the perfect space to relax, refresh, and unwind. Centrally located in South Palm Springs, in one of the valley's most desirable neighborhoods and close to downtown, as well as many of Palm Springs' best restaurants and attractions.
Upon entering and going up the grand staircase, to the right, you will find the graciously appointed primary bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and an extra-large walk-in closet with ample space for your belongings. It also features a semi-private balcony where you can enjoy some of the best views of the San Jacinto Mountains in the Valley while sipping on a morning coffee or an evening cocktail.
Additionally, upstairs to the left of the stairway is a lovely reading nook with a chair and a lamp for a relaxing afternoon catching up with your favorite book. There's also a second bedroom, a den (with a convertible couch), a second full bathroom, and a laundry room.
Returning to the first floor, you'll find the open and airy layout: the kitchen with a large island, dining, and living space with a floor-to-ceiling slider that opens to create a truly sophisticated indoor/outdoor living space with a private hot tub and firepit. The fully stocked kitchen and dining area are open to the living room, which has a large smart TV, games, and many other distractions for you, your friends, and your family to enjoy.
Stepping out through the sliding doors, you'll discover a cozy oasis with a spa, fire pit, and dining area. Through the back gate, there are just a few short steps to the two community pools/spa, and a well-appointed clubhouse featuring a fire pit, BBQ area, indoor recreational area, kitchen, and lounge area. Also, The Cody Place community has a mini dog park and close access to some of the best hiking, walking, and biking trails are just steps away when exiting the complex.
