Absolutely beautiful Lake house on Lake Nacimiento with fantastic views of the Lake from the back deck. House is on a cul-de-sac, parking for up to 2 cars (and a boat). Hot tub, barbecue, 2 decks, pool table, basketball game, short walk to mini putt golf course, access to community pool/hot tub and recreation center. Located in gorgeous Oak Shores community. Wine tasting in the area, 30 minutes from Paso Robles. Fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances.
