About this property

Condo just recently updated (2021) with new paint, ship lap walls, flooring, large Smart TV's. Open Plan with new beach themed decor.

Living room has a large comfortable chase sleeper sofa with 65 in. smart tv, electric fire place, desk for computer and separate dining room area. Living area walks right out to a private deck with Weber gas grill and picnic table. Deck walks right down to one of the pools.. Watch your family enjoy swimming while grilling on the deck and taking in the views. Our kitchen includes all new stainless appliances, plenty of dishes and pots and pans along with a washer and dryer. Master bedroom has king bed, Flat Screen TV renovated master bath with two person marble walk in shower with glass doors. Second bedroom has two double beds and TV. Guest bathroom offers a jetted tub.

Our complex has two pools, several lagoons with fountains, private beach walk out to the ocean with cabana (restrooms) for your convenience. Bike paths and rentals are directly in front of complex. Walk to shopping, golfing, tennis and restaurants. Also a few miles from lighthouse and marinas. Something for everyone. Great place for family vacations!!

Excellent location!

This was a great house. About a mile walk to Coligny Plaza and close walk to the beach and Loggerhead Bar which is on the beach. House looked just like the pictures. Only thing I would recommend is bring plastic cups for your drinks by the pool. Definitely would stay here again!

Great Villa Near the Beach and Pool!

My family and I enjoyed our time here, the unit was clean and spacious enough for our family of 6. We loved being able to hop off the deck and jump into the pool, and the dedicated path to the beach was clutch! We had a great time and would recommend this unit for anyone looking to enjoy a trip to Hilton Head!

Wonderful stay

We had a great time staying at this home. It’s right next to the pool, great patio with a grill. It’s a 10 minute walk to the beach, very convenient. The bedrooms and living room were very comfy. Kitchen is on the smaller side, and could use 1 or 2 things, both bathrooms on the 2nd floor. Sandy was a great host, and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

The cleaners were still there when we arrived at 4pm. They finished up in 15 minutes and apologized for the delay. We enjoyed our stay and enjoyed being so close to the pool, having the grill. and the nice deck. Everything was as it was discribed. We had a great time.

Very Comfortable and cute

The Condo was very comfortable and we had several guests come and go with us. We even had some teenagers that fit into the space. Lots of dishes and cooking utensils. Kitchen is small but very user friendly. The only down side was that the pool is not heated so we were never able to use it. To cold in March.

Hilton Head Getaway

Very nice property with a great view of the pool, it was just too cold to enjoy it. Will return during warmer climate. The condo was very quaint and cleaned, a great place that’s near the beach and other eateries. The Host was fab!

Two Winter Weeks in Hilton Head

The unit's location is wonderful, with easy access to the beach. The rooms are all of good size and the king size bed in the master bedroom is extremely comfortable. Renters should be aware that both bathrooms are on the second floor. The master bath's sink should be updated and the blue mats in both bathrooms need to be replaced. However the water pressure was wonderful. The kitchen had a musty smell and the blinds, as well as the wall decorations had a significant layer of dust. We rented for two weeks...there was only a used dish sponge, one roll of paper towels, and one washer detergent. The outside deck was a great size and the grill worked perfectly. These are all minor adjustments and can be easily corrected.

Off Season Stay

The cleanliness of the property was not great. It is hard to locate property in the dark upon arriving due to a lack of lighting. The property location was quiet. The walk to the beach was ok, but finding the trail at first was hard. Other than the pool, there are not a lot of activities on site. Overall, it was sufficient for our stay.

What a great experience and it started with superior communication with Sandy. She made sure everything was perfect for out stay. The unit was exactly as listed and we had a great time. This was our first visit to HHI and it will not be our last. If this unit is available we would not hesitate to book again! Enjoy

Awesome little condo

This was our first trip to Hilton Head , SC. We had an absolutely great week. The condo was a perfect addition to our fun! It’s in a nice location. You do have to take a short walk through the parking lots to the front entrance to get to the private walkway to the beach. But it’s really quick and just a short walk. Plus, it’s a beautiful place for a walk or bike ride. It’s just around the corner from the Coligny Shopping Center and restaurants, which is a great little place to visit, eat, and shop. Everything on the island is fairly close. This condo is in a perfect location to visit all the fun places. The condo is older but very comfortable. I loved everything about it!! It is very well stocked! And a great view from the balcony overlooking the pool! It’s beautiful! Sandy was awesome with any questions I had and very welcoming! I will look for her again next year for our vacay! Thanks Sandy and VRBO for making this an easy booking and helping us make our trip wonderful!

Charming, clean and convenient

We enjoyed the unit. Everything was clean, plenty of space for 4 people and TV with cable! Beautiful outside area with a large deck and steps from the pool. A/C was cold and there was an ice maker in the fridge-plus! Sandy was a great communicator. Highly recommend!

Nice family vacation!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. The only reason we would not return is that the walk to the beach was further than we expected with our little ones. Otherwise the pool and home was nice!

Would definitely stay again!

Beds were extremely comfortable! Kitchen was very well equipped! Loved being so close to the pool! The walk to the beach was about 10 minutes (walking with little kids) Sandy was always very quick to respond when we had questions which was great We ended up loving our stay so much that we extended our trip for two more days!! We will definitely come back!

Take some time for a little more cleaning!

Location was great, my only complaint would be the unit was not that clean. My husband and I took about 45 minutes to wipe down the kitchen cabinets which were sticky and very dusty. Through out the house, stairway, base boards extremely dusty, could use a fresh paint job. We would stay again but hopefully next time it would be a little more kept up with the cleanliness!

Lovely Condo in a great location

My group of friends and I truly enjoyed this property. It is in a great location with an easy walk or bike ride to Coligny Plaza and easy beach access. The condo is thoughtfully decorated with a beach theme and the sofa is ample and very comfortable. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and it is nice to have ceiling fans in the BR as well. We enjoyed sitting on the deck overlooking the pool and enjoying breakfast and an afternoon tipple outdoors. I would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable stay

Although it took a bit for me to find this condo ( due to my error)I would certainly recommend it to others. The owners of Tropicalfish, were extremely helpful and understanding. We were 2 adult couples, this condo certainly worked out well for us.

Condo was in great shape. TV's did not work at check in had to call cable provider to fix. These should be checked prior to checkin. Nice deck with good grill. Great location to pool access Not as close to beach as I thought should provide maps to beach access.

Great Week on Hilton Head

Seascape Villas is not the newest or most glitzy property on HHI, but it was more than adequate for our group. Location is great. The bike path is right in front of the property and this gives great access to the island. We loved the comfy furniture and the view out to the pool area. Sandy did a great job communicating though the reservation and check in process. Would have loved the weather to be a bit warmer, but it was way better than Snow!

We try and come as often as we can. Many things have changed on the island over the years but the beauty and uniqueness have remained the same. Seascape Villa's offers two pools nestled in a area of lush tree's and Palm Tree's overlooking several lagoons . I enjoy walking the winding paths thru the property over bridges and walk ways over the lagoons. We are a short walk to the beach down a private beach walk that offers a private cabana (restrooms) for Seascape owners and guest. We have the bike path directly in front of our complex. Walk or ride bikes down the beach or bike paths just blocks to Coligny Plaza to enjoy the many shops, restaurants and entertainment. Enjoy the new Lowcountry Celebration Park for summer events.
