A magical oasis. This newly renovated 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is just steps from the free Vail bus that takes you to town or the lifts in minutes. Ski the world's best slopes all winter or bike some of the most incredible terrain in the summer and fall. In the summer, grill up a feast and relax on the deck with views of the waterfalls cascading down the East Vail Chutes. This unit was remodeled in Fall 2022! We provide fresh linens, towels, a beautifully equipped kitchen and Wi-Fi. Enjoy our complimentary coffee and tea bar. We provide lots of essentials so you can spend your time enjoying vacation (cooking oils, spices, zip lock bags, aluminum foil, garbage bags, dish and laundry detergent, hand warmers, shampoo, conditioner lotions, soaps etc..) The complex has a lovely pool and tennis courts as well for summer guests. You will want to return again and again.

Great location

Comfortable place with plenty of room in a great location. The bus was super convenient for daytime skiing. Vail has free parking after 3, so we drove to dinner every evening.

Great location

Perfect for a girl’s weekend. Condo is very clean and comfortable. Beds and bedding were great. Plenty of space for luggage and clothes. Bus stop is literally steps away. We did not take it. We saw it frequently though. We would definitely stay again.

Convenient and comfortable stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this property as a family between Christmas and New Year. It is very clean and comfortable with all necessities provided. The price to value can’t be beat! The best part is its convenience to the bus line into the village. We are absolutely going to stay here again.

East Vail Escape

We had a wonderful time at Jeff & Hillary’s recently remodeled home. Loved the Mountain View from the kitchen window seat. Perfectly appointed and positioned right next to East Vail Bus system which runs every 15 minutes. Look forward to coming back in near future.

Newly renovated

Great location in east vail! Newly renovated condo on the first floor with lots of close parking and very close to free bus. Lovely views from rear balcony and quiet location. Nice, open layout with two full bathrooms and washer/dryer/wifi. Owner very responsive. Would stay here again!

This property was clean and beautiful. The proximity to the bus to the mountain was amazing, literally outside the door! Neighbors were very friendly. The owner was very easy to reach when we had questions. The only downside was that the fireplace was not available for use because of repairs.

Wonderful cabin just minutes away from the slopes!!

We had a great time during our stay at this property. The bus stop is 20 steps away from the front door, it’s got a beautiful Creek in the front and great backyard, where my toddler could play in the snow. It’s about 5 miles to the Vail ski slopes and the view of the mountains from the porch are just gorgeous. Everything was clean in the house, recently renovated, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen has everything you’d need. There’s a small convenience store nearby as well. Perfect for your Vail vacation. Thank you for the wonderful stay!!

Great Vacation Spot - Must Visit

From the moment we booked the property Hilary (the owner) was so responsive. The check in was very easy and everything was as described online. The condo is very bright and inviting and comfortable for our family. It was great to have the oversized bunk beds so kids didn't argue on who gets the bigger bed. There was plenty of space for us and amenities were great. The bus to downtown Vail is steps away from the front door, but don't worry its far enough away you can not hear it. We can't wait to visit in the summer time and enjoy the back porch. Thank you so much.

Nice condo

If the upstairs neighbors are active, you can hear them moving around, particularly the washing machine which they happened to run daily. Microwave located above the refrigerator/freezer was nearly impossible to reach if you are under six feet but owner said that would be fixed soon. Back deck needs to be attended to. Scenery was beautiful, location was excellent. Bed was very comfortable. Main bathroom was updated.

Perfect Home Away From Home!

This property was the perfect home away from home! It was extremely clean and well stocked for cooking and laundry. I had to make an emergency trip to Vail when a family member broke their collarbone on a skiing trip that required surgery. Hillary's condo made a stressful situation 1300 miles from my home, manageable. We stayed for one week and Hilary was always available via text when I had questions about the area from the hospital to doctors to grocery stores. She never made me feel like I was being a pest and was always gracious. I hope to return to her Condo in the future...but this time on a VACATION! I would not hesitate to stay there again and I would recommend it to any small family looking for a great place to stay while visiting Vail. I did not use the bus system but I saw snowboarders and skiers at the convenient bus stop just steps from her front door. This place does not disappoint!

Vail Ski Condo

Great ski spring break stay in Vail. Condo was as advertised with complete kitchen, very nice furniture, and steps to the free bus into town! We'll be back!
