Tommy and Dimitra are 30+ years residents of Humboldt County with interests in travel, gardening, food, and family. They previously owned two local restaurants and have several generations of family in the area. Presently, they own and operate an archaeology consulting firm.
Why they chose this property
This is a family home purchased in 1982 by Dimitra's Grandmother. She named it Pelican House because although it was small, there was always room for one more (in the Pelicans pouch haha) such as cousins, aunts, or friends passing through.
What makes this property unique
Its quiet with fresh salty air and so close to the beach and bay, you really can wander down and drink your morning coffee with the harbor seals, cast a line in the bay without having to drive anywhere, or launch your boat without queueing up in town. Also, its full of good family vibes - so many good things happen in this home!
