Ideal environment and centrally located for a traveling professional. Available on a monthly basis. $900 a month if you find me on C. List. Otherwise a 25% mark up.
Price covers utilities, garbage, high speed internet, wifi, and yard maintenance. Security deposit, verifiable income, good references, criminal background check, month to month and no lease. No smoking or pets please.
Quiet and clean fully furnished room includes a queen sized bed and full-sized bath. Carpeted bedrooms and full bathrooms are located upstairs. The fully furnished shared space downstairs offers beautiful dark hickory hardwood floors, gas fire place, full kitchen with newer appliances, washer and dryer and a half bath for guests.
Shared living space includes wifi access, fire place, a gourmet kitchen, laundry room with full-sized newer appliances and a private side yard. Plenty of quiet street parking available. No smoking. No pets, owner is allergic.
Shoes off at the door. :-)
