We truly enjoyed our stay. The house is bigger than we expected and our three teenagers had plenty of room to relax. They especially enjoyed the hot tub and swimming pool.
We loved the house and the location was great. Only issues we had was that the A/C in one of the rooms was not cooling, the kids just slept on the couch. Other that that we loved and were happy with everything else.
The house was clean and very spacious the swimming pool and the hot tub was perfect we really enjoyed our staying my parents was so happy also my kids was my husband was heritage about me to rent this house because he wanted me to get something closer to the beach but as soon he walked into it he fell in love with it ..thanks for letting us stay in this beautiful house we’ll be back next year for sure ..
Our stay was great! It was easy to get to the main attractions in Galveston from the house. The house itself was great for the family and there was plenty of room and bedding. We didn’t know there was a ground floor entertainment room that was a bonus for us when we found it.
This was our second time and we enjoyed it just as much as the first. So much to do for everyone in your group when you're not at the beach, just hanging around the house!

Cleaning
The property was not cleaned, fridge was dirty as well as floors. But the mangers were nice. Close to the port.
This was a yearly girls weekend trip and we had a great weekend. We all absolutely loved the comfy couch where we relaxed and watched movies. The a/c's were great and I slept like a baby. I love the antiqueness of the house. Would recommend this house.
Property owner went above and beyond to help with the wifi. Quiet neighborhood. Loved the basement. Very spacious house. Everyone had there own space. No one wanted to leave. Not far from the beach. Close to shopping. Need to bring your own bakeware and mixing bowls. Other than that very nice house. Would love to stay here again
Home is in PERFECT LOCATION for all your needs in Galveston. Near the beach, Near The Strand. Home is in great shape and has been well took care of. Both Jacuzzi and pool for your enjoyment. Air Hockey table is there though the air does not work but you can still slide the puck around. Staff is very helpful and replies to your needs if any Quickly.
We will have No Problem staying here again.

House
The area of the house was not the greatest. A lot of the game tables were broken. The house is definitely older and has a few issues with doors and other things but that’s to be expected with an older house.
We arrived 30 min early and were allowed to go on in.. the house was very nice.. hot tub and pool.. th basement where the ping pong table is has low celings i had to bend to not hit my head but i am 6'1 .. only one ping pong table but left a box of new ones for the nest guest.. 37th street is bumppie i would travel the next road 3 parking spots behind fence nice to have

Just okah
The house was located in a very poor area. There was a lot to be desired when it came to cleanliness, there were no bugs or anything, just needs a deep clean. Outdoor furniture needs cushions. Very old house with some charm, but need cleaning
Loved our stay on the island. Definitely had so much fun. Hot tub was a highlight.
I would update your online pictures. Pool is different, hot tub as well as sofa have been updated. Main bathroom doesn’t have wall coverings as it appears to be in the process of being renovated. Property manager did not respond when I told her all of the remotes except the living room dish remote did not work. Batteries corroded or not in the remotes at all.
We cleaned the house before we left including washing all towels and starting the sheets on the beds we used.

Property was Great but the Management...
The house was beautiful, a pure diamond in the rough. The pool & hot tub were appreciated daily and well maintained throughout our Thursday - Sunday stay. Our issue was with the Property Manager. She called the Renter/ Hostess from downstairs at 8:45 Friday morning "looking for a drill charger". The Property Manager proceeded to walk through the house & inspect the premises. On Saturday morning the property manager phoned the renter/ hostess twice after 10:00, presenting a rouse which again, was intrusive and disrespectful. It was apparent that the owner/ Property Manager was suspect of our commitment to the property, despite the contracts, insurance, deposits & payment in full. Regardless, we loved the property and cared for it as if it was our own as always via VRBO!
This property exceeded our expectations. Great house for our family of 9. Brought back memories of homes the older folks in our group grew up in. Close to all the attractions of Galveston yet out of the noise corridor. Had all the amenities needed and the host even provided extra towels. The pool and hot tub provided quiet relief away from the crowds on the beach. Will remember this property for our trips to Galveston.
