Location, location, location in PS

We found this property has a lot of advantages. It it's in a beautiful mid-century neighborhood that is just on the south end of Palm Springs. The views are lovely, the walking is excellent right outside the house, and it is very quiet. The Moorten Botanical Garden is a few blocks away, as are several wonderful golf courses. Hiking in Indian Canyons is 10 minutes away. The WiFi is excellent, and there are several streaming platforms, and it is well stocked with spices, paper and plastic goods. The owner was very responsive to any of our questions. The house itself had a few issues, but overall we had a pleasant stay. Perfect for one or two couples.
