Our family had an amazing time here. Just as pictured, two floors, quite spacious, with a great backyard area that opens up into a little flowing creek. Our children made a snowman and we were able to walk our little Shiba Inu in the snow just outside the bottom floor backdoor. The pool table happened to be a big hit with the guys! Beds are large and cozy and there are plenty of bathrooms. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Beautiful views, great hot tub, large dining table, and comfortable living area to watch a movie with family. This place really allowed us to relax and enjoy Tahoe together. Thank you!!

Tahoe treasure

We had a wonderful time. The home was beautiful, clean and roomy. The location was perfect. Far enough out to enjoy the trails and river but close enough to enjoy everything else that Tahoe has to offer.

Awesome Tahoe home for a fun winter vacation

Our family had an incredible winter getaway at this meticulously maintained and well-appointed rental property in Tahoe. Despite some initial hiccups with the booking, our overall experience was positive. Upon reserving the property through VRBO for our group of 10 adults and 3 teenagers, we later discovered that local regulations limited occupancy to 10 adults and up to 5 children under 6 years old. This compelled us to secure an additional hotel room to accommodate our entire party. Despite this setback, the property's location in a tranquil neighborhood, conveniently nestled between Heavenly and Sierra-at-Tahoe, proved to be a delightful retreat. The house itself was impressively spacious, boasting a well-equipped kitchen that met all our culinary needs. The family relished the amenities, including the large TV, reliable Wi-Fi, and pool table. The generous garage space was a welcomed feature during an overnight snowfall, providing secure parking for two cars. Our two dogs thoroughly enjoyed the pet-friendly environment, especially the backyard with direct access to a trail in the Tahoe Basin National Forest. The property's management team was commendably responsive, addressing all our inquiries promptly. In summary, I highly recommend this property for those seeking a peaceful and relaxing vacation. While the occupancy limitations were a minor inconvenience for our larger group, I would not hesitate to rebook with a smaller party of 10 or fewer people aged 5 and older.
