Peace and quiet at the south shore!
Fully updated cottage on the south end. Water views and water access without the high water pricing! Enjoy shared lake access and this fully furnished home offering great views and a quiet cottage setting! Enjoy swimming, fishing, and kayaking or a quiet night by the fire. Close to Letchworth State Park and SUNY Geneseo. Many local wineries and restraunts just a few miles away. Upstairs Bedroom offers views of the water from the queen bed, and has a upper level porch to relax and enjoy the water. Downstairs queen bedroom comfortable sleeps 2. There is a leather pull out couch and recliner in the livingroom and plenty of tvs for the rainy cold days! Lounging area with bar is great for unwinding with friends. This fully updated and stocked 2 bedroom house is truly a great value!
