A second lounge, perfectly furnished, will prove to be the ideal den for teenagers on vacation, when they are not busy enjoying the sun and the pleasures of swimming near the quay.

The house, with three bedrooms and five beds, can warmly accommodate several guests.

The interior also reveals two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a freestanding bath and shower, ensuring absolute comfort.

First floor: main entrance with checkroom, kitchen, dining room, and living room with smart TV and wood-burning fireplace. There's also a master bedroom with a queen-size bed and a full bathroom with bath and shower. The dining room leads to a spa exit.

Upstairs: upstairs bedroom with double bed and queen-size bed (no door).

Garden level: Bathroom with shower and laundry room, bedroom with Double and Queen beds, and a second living room with sofa bed.
