Memories made

We had a great time and perfect location. The river was really clear and perfect temperature. Definitely recommend swim shoes if water in the river. The kayaks and paddle boards were a plus. The dock could of used a ladder that was actually attached. They did have a ladder to hang off but kind of hurt to use it. You definitely had to be younger and in some shape to get to dock since it was a leap down. Hot tub was nice. Goats were great for the kids which they had fun feeding. Showers were a little slippery if soap made it to the floor. They had a blackstove but we never used it since we had no clue. Plus you would need to make sure to have proper oil for it to cook and clean. We used the washer and dryer which was nice to have but it did take some time to wash and dry clothes. The beds were nice but it was actually double and not a queen. Some extra longer blankets and pillows would of been great since one of our kids slept on the couch that wasn't a pull out. Fire pit area was nice and we enjoyed a few nights of it. Would definitely recommend the restaurant Dockside for anyone that stays here. The mac and cheese with pork was delicious and buge portion. If you do have a lot of people going with you make reservations ahead. Bring plenty of bug spray or candles for mosquitoes since my daughter got eaten alive. Would definitely recommend house to others.
