Kathy and Scott live in this wonderful private gated neighborhood, local residents of Park City for 13+ years. Our kids have grown up here and enjoy sledding down the long driveway! (Sleds provided). We are please to share the opportunity to experience all of Park City while being "away", but close to everything. We hope to offer comfort, a warm fire, and local advice.
Why they chose this property
Amongst the mountains and trees. Gated, friendly neighborhood of 10-acre lots. We enjoy nature, and winter activities in our own back yard! But close access to Park City and Salt Lake City. Views are amazing.
