Luxury Lakefront in Interlochen

About this space
Come stay in our brand new Duck Lake lakefront home in Interlochen! The house has its own dock and swimming area. Enjoy the peace & beauty of Northern Michigan while you spend time with family/friends. Our 3 level home accomodates 6 adults + kids and is located a short walk from Interlochen State Park & minutes from the Interlochen Academy of Arts. There are acres of trailed forestland to explore as well. Interlochen State Park which is at the end of the road, has a beach with designated swimming area, concession store, kayak/boat launches and a picnic shelter.
For skiing and other winter activities, Crystal Mountain is less than 30 minutes away

Other things to note
As a separate rental, we also have a 1-bedroom rental home across the street with a full kitchen, bathroom & living room that sits on acres of forest with trails should your group require more space.

The space

Inside the home:
The main level includes the kitchen, living area, dining area and bathroom. The living area has a stunning gas fireplace and a tv. There is a large deck with magnificent views of the lake with a grill for barbecues.
Upstairs is the master bedroom, which has beautiful views and takes up the entire third floor of the home. It has a full bathroom, sitting area and tv.
Downstairs, on the lake level, there are two bedrooms (one with a half bath and lake views) and a full bathroom and laundry area. There is also an office space for those that need to get some work done.

Outside the home:
The backyard has 2 gas fireplaces for gathering around in the evenings. There is a seasonal private dock for those that want to bring their boat/water toys.
We have 3 paddleboards and a canoe for your use.

Guest access
Guests may access the entire home and all outdoor areas.
Other things to note
The home is not suitable for those with mobility issues as there are stairs required to reach all of the bedrooms and outdoor areas.
