My friends and I stayed at the house for working at the Quad City Nuclear Power Plant. The house was a great farm house with plenty of room and close to the plant for us. We would definitely return next year.
Such a beautiful home on the river! I love watching birds and this home did not disappoint with a perfect grain gazebo set up for my tripod overlooking the river which gave me the best view of a pair of bald eagles nesting there. So many other beautiful birds, woodpeckers, friendly squirrels and cute raccoons that loved the peanuts I had to offer. A peaceful and tranquil stay. I can’t wait to come back!
Stayed here with the family while exploring the world series at Cordova Dragway. The house was very nice and the property was a quiet retreat to go relax and unwind.
This warm, clean and comfortable farmhouse was perfect. I went there for some quiet time and to get some studying and work done. I could not have picked a better place.
It’s right on the Mississippi River and I even saw a bald eagle on my second day there.
Thank you, Steve and Sharon. It was a pleasure staying at your home.

The river access via the new stairs was our favorite element! Location is easy to get to and the grounds are amazing. They call it a farmhouse, and it has charm in every room. There's more space than we needed and lots of areas with great natural light to just sit and read or relax. Will stay here every time we're in the area.
This house is adorable. We had everything we needed. My daughter said her bed wasn't comfortable but other than that we we enjoyed our stay and would recommend and stay again.
Wonderful farmstyle house right on the river. House was clean and well furnished/supplied. Property is on bluff with view river and has new set stairs leading down to the water.
This property is an amazing spot for our relaxing weekend. The house is extremely comfortable and clean. The kitchen was great for cooking our meals and stocked with plenty of pans and utensils. The main bedroom is very spacious. I found the bed to be extremely comfortable. We really enjoyed the stairs down to the river. I really hope to come back and stay again very soon.
My wife and I spent last weekend at this charming farmhouse on a small cliff overlooking the Mississippi River. The house was warm and welcoming! The view of the Mississippi River was perfect. In the evening we sipped wine while watching the sunset over the river and in the morning had our coffee while watching bald eagles glide past. We will definitely be returning!
Me and a fellow colleague rented this wonderful Riverview house for 21 days. We were there for work, one of us on nights one of us on days. The host worked with me to get in there for an early check-in and available for any questions I had they had everything there that I needed very very quiet place.

Farmhouse
Very clean and tidy home. The river was a lot further and really not in view from the home. We were only there for a very short period of time, the $125.00 cleaning fee is pretty high for sleeping in a bed and really not utilizing anything else (we did the dishes).
I enjoyed our short stay. It reminded me of my grandparents farm house. It was clean and quiet. Perfect for younger families. There were different levels…just one small step up our down. I would not advise it for elderly.
My wife and I stayed at this quiet and peaceful little farmhouse over the weekend. We could not be more happy with the property. The house itself is well maintained and updated. The owners ensure all your needs are met with everything from fresh towels and linens to coffee and everything you might need to prepare and eat a meal. But where this property really exceeded expectations was once we stepped outside. The lot itself is very spacious, private and quiet. The scenery is just gorgeous and with multiple ways to enjoy the Mississippi from the new gazebo to the pathway and stairs down to the beach. My wife and I really enjoyed watching wildlife and activity on the river. I could see myself spending days outside just enjoying nature, the peacefulness, the great scenery and of course the river. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our stay. Will definitely be back
We felt so at home at this historic farm house. We were in town for a family reunion and this worked so well for us. Beautiful setting, EXTREMELY CLEAN Very well stocked with all our needs. Easy check in. Would recommend for family of 4-6 or 2 couples. Plenty of space. The river was extremely high while in town, We did walked down to the river from the home. There are nice new steps down to the river and a bench to sit on and look out across the mighty Mississippi, stunning view! The home sits on a bluff, just a beautiful setting with big huge beautiful yard. Enjoyed sitting on the deck in the morning drinking our coffee. Highly recommend staying at the Oak cliff Farmhouse!

Property could use some maintenance.
The house itself was nice, but the exterior of the home could use some maintenance. We struggled with the door lock (which never worked) until the owner got back to us 30 minutes later with a different code to a different lock box. Unmown lawn, and dirty outdoor chairs kept us from enjoying the property and the river.
It is an old farmhouse, so expect creaky floors and an a/c that doesn't work the best (73 degrees is the lowest you can set it.)
But it does have its own charm, and we enjoyed our stay there.
