2BD townhouse in Deer Park

If after renter's visit renter or family member comes down with COVID, renter does not hold the unit owner liable.

My spacious townhouse is in the heart of the White Mountains at premiere Deer Park Resort. Townhouse has cathedral ceilings, fireplace and comfortably sleeps 4 adults and 2 kids. Living room is equipped with TV, cable, DVD, stereo and sofa. Upstairs in the master bedroom is a King bed in the master bedroom while the second bedroom has a Queen bed with one set of twin size bunks. Each bedroom has private baths, TV and DVD. Kitchen is fully equipped with cookware and utensils. Step out on to a quiet deck and garden with gas grill and seating. Washer / dryer are available for your use. You are welcome to bring your family along, both the two and four legged kind. There is an extra fee for your dog. While we provide the towels for your use in the townhouse, please bring your own towels to use at the rec center and/or pond if you plan on swimming.

Enjoy the on-site recreation center where you have free Wi-Fi access, indoor pool/spa, exercise room, racquetball, billiards, air hockey, game room, movie rentals, and relaxation by a large fireplace.

In the summer, walk the well landscaped complex or sit on the beach, swim, or kayak in the spring fed pond. Take a leisurely walk to either downtown Lincoln or Woodstock. You can walk to several restaurants and stores. Bike rentals are available in town. A short walk is the Pemigewasset River where you can swim or float in a tube down the river.

In the winter just feet from the door, take the shuttle to Loon for a fun filled day of skiing and come back to the indoor pool/spa for relaxation. Or you can relax and sit by the wood burning fireplace in the living room. You will need to buy your own firewood.

In the spring and fall you can play tennis, volleyball or basketball on-sight. Swim in the pond or take a nature walk through the woods or around the river. If it is raining swim indoors or play racquetball, wallyball or billiards with friends.

One visit to the charming area of Lincoln and Loon Mountain will keep you coming back. Unit is five minutes off Route 93 exit 32.

Come, stay, sit by the fire or out on my deck with a soda or a cocktail and enjoy your time!!

The condo was perfect for our quick ski get away. Very clean and comfortable and perfect access to Loon and quick drive to Bretton Woods! Would definitely stay here again.

This condo was well equipped, clean, and the perfect location for our family. The owners/managers were very responsive when we had a couple of questions. The rec center at deer park is good for family fun!

We had an amazing time. Joanne was very responsive before we checked in. We did not need to contact her during our stay as the house had everything that is needed. Great location - right off the highway, 5 minutes to Loon Mountain and 8 minutes to the Ice Castles. It was a great weekend and we would highly recommend this property!

Cozy condo in great location
We had a fantastic time at the Deer Park condo. The place was even nicer than it looks in the photos. It was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed to enjoy a family weekend skiing. Joanne even put out fun arts and craft activities for the kids, which they really enjoyed. Deer Park is in a great location- central to the ski resorts, food options and ice castles. The kids loved the indoor pool on the rec center. We would definitely stay here again.

Great unit! Very roomy and comfortable. We found everything to be clean and in working order. The owners are a pleasure to work with and are very accommodating. I would highly recommend this unit.

Unit not clean
Unit was dirty empty milk container under bed. Sheets not washed beds not clean. Unit needed a good cleaning. Owner showed up and apologized while we were stripping beds and clean unit upon our arrival. Apologized and vowed to remove cleaning fee. Saw our dog in the process as we rented unit as pet friendly. Now owner states we did not mention dog. Ugh...we left unit cleaner than when we rented. Great area just bad unit and owner.

White Mtn Christmas
We have been coming to Lincoln for over 20 years. Our stay at Deer Park was lovely. We enjoyed walking our dog around the property and the nature trail. The condo was spacious and had all we needed for cooking over the week stay.

Perfect location, extremely clean condo
This was perfect for our family of 4 plus two dogs. The location to downtown Lincoln, Loon and Ice Castles is perfect. The fireplace was heaven, the bed was comfy. I also have to comment on how CLEAN this place was. It’s a dog friendly condo and I have allergies to non hypoallergenic dogs. I was fine, no allergies whatsoever, no dog hair to be found. Whoever cleans this place does a really good job.

This is a fantastic condo. The pictures don’t really do it justice. Some of the check in / check out instructions were confusing but that was a minor inconvenience.

New favorite at this development
We've stayed at several properties in this development and this is a new favorite. Property owner was super-responsive for us which seems reflected in all the other high reviews and remarks. It's worth spending a bit extra for this "attached condo style" vs the more common "flat/apartment style" units at Deer Park. For our stay at least, the kitchen had lots of the basics with a simple request to replace what you used....which is always nice. (it can be frustrating when you stay somewhere that lacks anything but salt and pepper....and somtimes not even that). We'll be back for sure!

This place was super big and open, which I loved even traveling alone with just my dog. Bigger than I needed but so close to some of the White Mountain hiking trails. I’d rent it again!
