Grill your meals in spring, summer, and fall. Rocking chairs complete this outdoor living extension. Inside, rest easy in a fully-appointed living room. The full-size desk, office chair, and high speed internet access provide options for working remotely or just checking your email. The Smart TV gives access to your own Netflix account as well as free TV apps. Pull-out sofa sleeps an additional two people and the coffee table converts to a pop-up desk/eating area. The bedroom has a cozy queen size bed and views for days :) Prepare your meals in the full kitchen. One full bathroom with shower over tub. Outside, enjoy yard games, access to hiking, mountain biking, cross country skiing, and snowshoeing right outside the door. Downhill skiing and Tahoe beaches are minutes away!

Just right

Very nice apartment. Kitchen had everything we needed. Host was very responsive to all our communication/requests. Surprise breakfast casserole was yummy. Would definitely stay with them again if we make it to Tahoe.

Wonderful stay in South Lake Tahoe!

We had a perfect time staying here! The unit is wonderful - clean, nicely laid out and furnished, with lovely little touches. The hosts were amazing - super responsive, answered all of our random questions, and volunteered helpful information. They also left us homemade brownies, which was a perfect welcome gift after a long drive. :-) The location was great -- 10 minutes from South Lake Tahoe, and 30 minutes from Carson Pass, which serves as a jumping-off point for an amazing network of hiking trails, including the PCT! We would definitely stay here again.

A full kitchen and laundry is in the house. Plenty of parking space, away from noisy south lake but close to supermarket and cafes. The place is pet-friendly, perfect for one person to stay. There is one bed in the house, not comfortable for 2 adults but ok for an overnight. Prompt, courteous communication from the host. Overall, I would stay here again when visiting Tahoe.

Great Property! Only one suggestion..

The property was great! Very clean and comfortable. The room was even better than the listing. The owner was friendly and communication was fantastic! The owner is upstairs in separate apartment, and his son is next door in separate apartment. . The only suggestion I would have is for a railing on the little bridge to the back patio entrance. My elderly mother and her elderly dog stayed. My mother was a little nervous walking across. The little old dog actually slipped off the side.
