It could be better.
The property definitely needs some upgrades. The unit itself didn't smell clean. The upstairs shower was dirty. The couch and chair in the living area was not fot to sit on. They were both filthy.

Family of five stayed. Everything went fairly smooth except for getting checked in at the gate. The gate security and myself had a hard time figuring out which room was mine by the confirmation email.
