Centrally located near skiing, golfing, restaurants and shopping, Sunshine Village 126 is a nice, pet friendly, upstairs corner condo. Enter the condo on the second story of the building. The first floor has an open floor plan living area, the primary bedroom and bathroom. The living room has a comfortable couch with a queen sofa sleeper and a smart TV. The dining room seats 4 with additional seating at the kitchen bar. There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook during your stay. The primary bedroom has a cozy queen-size bed and the main bathroom is just across the hall. The bathroom features a separate sink and shower area with a shower/tub combo. Take the stairs to the loft where there are two simi private sleeping areas, each with a queen bed. The loft has a half wall open to the living room.
Sunshine Village common area features a year-round hot tub, summertime heated pool, a tennis court and a rec room with a billiard table, a ping pong table and video games. In the summer you have access to BBQ areas throughout the complex. Coin-operated laundry facilities are located in the common area near the office. Sunshine Village is an excellent location to enjoy Mammoth Lakes. TOML-CPAN-15317
