Waterfront Spacious Home location with large patio, large pool and covered Pool Bar. Beautiful views from multiple property locations. Convenient to Paradise Island, Baha Mar and downtown eateries and shopping locations. Relax day and night inside or outside around the pool, sitting at the pool bar or on the rooftop patio outside the Master Bedroom. Numerous TV's for sports of other entertainment viewing and listening. Fully functioning kitchen with accessories to prepare and enjoy home cooked meals with grocery stores within short driving distance. Also, for the fish and seafood lovers fresh fish and seafood sold right off the boat right down the street towards town or at Fish Fry located on the west end of town. Home/property is completely walled/fenced/gated. Home is further Protected/secured with electronic shutters. Co-Host occupies home across the street.
