Remember - Free Beach Setup of two chairs and one umbrella during your stay.

Unit 1115 is located on the eleventh floor of Tower one. It has an open kitchen with a two tier tray ceiling. Dark stained cabinets and granite counter tops. There is a king bed in the master bedroom and two queen beds in the guest bedroom. Does not have a sleeper sofa. There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience! 3 TV’s, 2 DVD players, and 1 VCR. The unit has free WIFI.

This beautiful Condo now has an OPEN BALCONY. No longer enclosed. Come check out the beautiful and wonderful views from the balcony of 1115.

You can't beat this location! In the heart of Destin, Shoreline Towers is within minutes from restaurants, shopping, water sports, fishing and golf. The amenities offered at this well-managed resort are amazing! From this lovely complex, you'll experience the sights and sounds of the ocean, watch a sunrise or sunset over the water or the sail boats and fishing boats go by.

Less than 4 miles away is the Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750-square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Little to no handicap parking due to construction made getting into and out of the building somewhat of a challenge. One elevator down for repair also increased wait times to go up or down. Overall this is a great place to stay. Wonderful owner and property management staff and great amenities! 3rd year staying here and will be back for a 4th.

Great visit!

We really enjoyed the condo. It was just as advertised. The views were perfect, location was exceptional, condition of the condo unit was good too. Plenty of space for my family and also for hosting a dinner with another family. I would have given 5 stars, but 2 negatives that aren't their fault at all, but I must mention: 1. Would have like the grills to be closer to the condos as opposed to at the pool house. 2. There was construction on the unit below us and they were using a jackhammer to get the tile up from 8-5 Monday - Friday of our stay. We ended up leaving a day early from the noise. Nevertheless, we really did enjoy our stay.

Clean and Comfortable

This was a great room with wonderful views. The only reason I didn't give it the 5th star is it doesn't have a balcony. I may have missed that in the description though.
