Don't ever rent from not you get there. You don't even get to get in. Uh, I should have took heat wh

I can't tell you about Earth Day. Cause we never got a chance to stay in there. Get there at 5 in the morning and couldn't even get in. The code wasn't even right, somebody switched the locks. We've been out just now getting that new room at the last minute. After everything was booked, I would never ever ever ever ever. Book with this man again

Unfortunate stay

From the outside this house looks beautiful. When we got in the house it was 78 degrees which was uncomfortable but the house cooled down that’s ok. There were a total of 2 “queen beds” and 1 twin bed. The “” are because the beds are air mattresses which is not disclosed in the listing. What made matters worse is one of the air mattresses were deflated. It was one of the self inflating mattresses however it didn’t work so it was unusable. That means we were down to 2 beds. This house said it could accommodate 6 people so if you’re counting the couch (which is NOT a pull out) you should disclose that. Before we showed up to the house we took a trip to the grocery store so we could have food for the week and not have to go out every day. Unfortunately when we got there we realized the fridge looked like it was from 2005 and it did not work. Both the freezer and fridge were hot and smelled rancid which caused most of the food we bought to go bad. We tried to shower later that night and found house had no hot water. The whole rest of the week we had to shower in freezing cold water. For two days we were on the phone with VRBO customer service trying to figure out what we could do since the home owner would not answer, and were told since it was EDC weekend everything was booked and couldn’t be moved even after we had found available listings ourselves. We were basically told to suck it up and stay at the house or that we could get our money back and have nowhere to sleep.

This is a SCAM

Never got a code to get into the house and had to the whole run around to get refunded but stranded in Las Vegas where the cheapest place was like $300. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!

I booked Casa De Los Ramirez and did not hear from the host at all. we were 3hrs out from hitting Vegas and still had not heard from the host. I called VRBO and they tried to get in touch with host with no response. we got to the house at 3:50pm with a 4pm check in and still had not heard from he host. At 3:55pm host texted me stating he could not accommodate me that Friday night but that I could find a place to stay and come back Saturday night. that wasn't an option for us with 2 kids and 3 adults. He did give us a full refund.
